We are Climabuilds and we have a passion for construction. With 18 years of experience in this sector, we have decided to use our knowledge and expertise in Spain. We believe that the way of building here in Spain can be better and more sustainable and that is why we started Climabuilds.

Anyone who buys a house in Spain naturally wants living comfort. Preferably the living comfort that we are used to in the Netherlands. Now it is always very warm in Spain in the summer, in the high season the temperatures can rise to 40 degrees. In the winter, however, it cools down a lot. It can cool down to at least 5 degrees at night. Because the houses in Spain are hardly insulated, the temperature inside the house is the same as the temperature outside. This is of course not conducive to the desired living comfort and we Dutch are certainly not used to this. We are used to our houses being insulated, which means that materials and techniques are applied that limit heat, cold, noise or moisture from outside and make the indoor climate more comfortable and energy-efficient. We wanted to apply this in Spain. We apply this using SIPS panels. With this innovative construction method, we can develop houses that are excellently insulated, consume less energy and remain comfortable all year round.

But there is more. We saw another problem: long construction times. Many people in Spain sometimes have to wait 2 to 3 years for their new home. That can be done differently! Thanks to prefabrication of the SIPS panels, we can build faster and more efficiently, without sacrificing quality. We build your dream home in a maximum of 6 months! We achieve this through our close collaboration with our supplier of SIPS panels from the Netherlands.

In addition to building, our company revolves around realizing the perfect home for our customers. We have a passion for design. Together with the customer, we like to work towards a home that perfectly matches the personal wishes and taste of the customer.
